This policy explains how Airappervideo ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use airappervideo.com. Use the contact details below for questions about this policy or your personal information.

What is available today

Live credit purchases are enabled and charge real money. Video generation is available. The sections below explain both local drafts and what happens when generation or checkout is enabled. A disabled feature does not submit a task or collect a payment. Selecting a photo or saving a draft alone does not upload it.

Google sign-in and your account

If you sign in, Google provides basic identity information, including your account identifier, email, name and profile information. Supabase processes authentication and stores the associated account information. Our server verifies your session and sends the website the account details needed to show your signed-in state.

When Google quick sign-in is enabled, eligible pages load Google’s sign-in software. Google receives the technical information needed to serve it, and your browser may show an account prompt based on your Google session and browser settings. You can use the regular Google sign-in button if that prompt is unavailable.

We request only basic sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. We do not receive your Google password.

Portrait drafts and browser storage

Selected photos are decoded and resized in your browser. Saved drafts contain those resized portraits, template choices and draft information in this browser’s IndexedDB storage. Drafts are not automatically synced to your account or other devices.

You can delete individual drafts in My videos or remove them by clearing this website’s browser data. Signing out does not delete your local drafts. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to view them.

Essential cookies maintain sign-in and the login return path. They are restricted to this website; authentication cookies are HttpOnly and Secure on HTTPS. Clearing cookies signs you out but may leave drafts unless you also clear site storage.

Generating a video

When you choose Generate, we upload resized copies of your portraits to private Cloudflare R2 storage and associate the task with your signed-in account in Supabase. For the Hotel Lobby landscape template, SeeAPI receives your two portraits, the template video including its audio, and an editing prompt to run Seedance 2.5.

Temporary signed links let the generation provider retrieve the inputs. We save returned results to private R2 storage; account ownership is checked before you can play or download them. Results and uploaded portraits are not published in a public gallery. Public sharing is not currently offered.

SeeAPI and the model services it uses process submitted material under their own applicable terms and data policies. Deleting a local draft does not delete cloud uploads, model-provider copies or task records. We do not promise provider-side deletion or training exclusions that we have not verified.

Credits and payments

When checkout is enabled, Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout page. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code. We store order and payment identifiers, pack amounts, currency, payment status and credit ledger entries to deliver credits, prevent duplicate charges and resolve requests.

Generation records include the selected template, processing status, credit reservation and settlement, and provider task details needed to recover an interrupted job. Technical billing records are separate from your portrait and video files.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on selected public pages of airappervideo.com to understand visits and improve the website. Google may process browser and device information, page visits, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Analytics is not loaded on sign-in, account-library, authentication-callback or API pages, local development or preview domains.

Our integration removes query strings and URL fragments from the page address sent to Analytics and limits referrer information. We do not set a Google Analytics User-ID or intentionally send your email, portraits, payment details, order IDs or generation task IDs as analytics parameters. Collection stops on the template page when you interact with the portrait form. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.

Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits. Our tag does not load when your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Browser analytics-blocking tools can also prevent collection. These choices do not prevent sign-in, purchasing credits or generating videos. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policies. Contact us with questions about analytics or your data.

Hosting, security and service providers

Cloudflare delivers the website and runs its server, and Supabase provides the database and authentication service. These providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, which can include IP addresses, request information, timestamps and authentication events. Google processes your sign-in under its own policies.

The website uses Google Analytics as described above. We have not added advertising conversion tags. Infrastructure providers may maintain operational and security logs. Account and infrastructure data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

Why we use information and how long we keep it

We use account information to provide sign-in and account access, and technical information to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service. If you contact us, we use the information you send to handle your request.

Generated video files are kept for 90 days from the time we first save the completed result. My videos shows the expiry time and a reminder to download. Access ends at expiry; scheduled storage cleanup follows. Keep your own copy before then. Task and billing records are kept separately for account history, reconciliation and applicable obligations.

Uploaded cloud portraits currently have no automatic deletion schedule. They stay in private storage until a verified deletion request is handled. Email support from your account address to request deletion; unsettled tasks may need to be resolved first. Deleting files from our storage does not guarantee deletion of provider-held copies.

Local drafts remain until you delete them or the browser removes them. Account information is retained while your account remains active; you may request deletion by contacting us. We may retain information needed to handle unresolved requests, protect the service or meet applicable legal obligations. Backup and provider-log removal follows the relevant provider’s processes. There is currently no automatic expiration schedule for local drafts.

Your choices and requests

You can use the public template pages without signing in, delete local drafts, sign out and revoke Airappervideo’s Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete an existing Supabase account or local browser drafts.

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local privacy authority. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own account. Do not email passwords, login codes or authentication tokens.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the service or its data handling changes and explain material changes where appropriate. The date above identifies the current notice.
