Terms of Service.

The service

These terms apply to your use of Airappervideo at airappervideo.com, a template-based creative tool. You can browse the Hotel Lobby landscape template, sign in and save portrait drafts locally. Generation and checkout are available only when enabled on the website. Features marked as unavailable are not yet offered.

Using this service means you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity, and any permission required by applicable law, to use it.

Your account and drafts

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep it secure. Do not share access in a way that exposes another person’s data. Contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

Drafts are stored in the browser where you save them. They are not a backup service, and clearing browser data may remove them. Keep your original photos separately.

Permission to use portraits and content

Only use photos and other material that you have permission to use, including permission from the people depicted where required. You remain responsible for your inputs and how you use any outputs.

You retain the rights you already hold in your material. You permit us to process it only as needed to provide the features you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Selecting or saving a local draft does not upload it.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, or violations of another person’s privacy, likeness or intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Templates, artists and AI results

Airappervideo is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists referenced by its templates. Preview footage is identified separately from generated results. Viewing a preview does not grant rights to the underlying music, footage or performances.

AI outputs may vary and may not reproduce a person, action, camera movement or soundtrack exactly. The standard Hotel Lobby edit uses a 15-second reference at 720p; output length approximately follows the reference and is not guaranteed to be exactly 15 seconds. Review results before using or sharing them, and obtain any rights required for your intended use. No exclusive rights, copyright eligibility or commercial clearance are promised merely by generating a result.

One-time credits and delivery

The first release uses one-time credit packs, with no subscription or automatic renewal: 200 credits for USD $19.90, 600 for USD $54.90, or 1,200 for USD $99.90. Comparison prices represent equivalent credits at the base-pack rate, not previous selling prices. The final purchase amount is shown before payment.

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. They remain subject to the account and service terms; no automatic renewal applies.

Credits are added to your account after payment is verified. The standard Hotel Lobby landscape edit costs 200 site credits per new generation. These are Airappervideo credits, not credits in a model provider account. Other models, lengths or resolutions are not included unless explicitly offered with a displayed quote.

We reserve the displayed credits before submitting your task. Reserved credits cannot be used for another task. Credits are charged when the completed video is saved to your account. A voluntary new generation is a new paid attempt, including when you prefer a different creative result.

A successful payment return page is not payment confirmation. If credits are delayed, use Check payment in My videos or contact support with your order ID. Closing a page, signing out or stopping status checks does not cancel an already submitted generation. Results are delivered online in My videos when processing and storage finish; completion time is not guaranteed. Generated files are available for 90 days from first storage. Download them before the displayed expiry; purchases do not include permanent file storage.

Credit-pack refund requests

Contact feedback@airappervideo.com within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund of a credit pack that is entirely unused and has no credits reserved for a task. Include your order ID and use your account email so we can verify ownership and the credit history.

Refund requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds remove the corresponding pack credits and are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A refund request alone does not mean that a refund has been issued or received; bank processing time may vary.

Partially used packs are not promised a refund under this policy. A subjective preference for a different AI result does not include a free new generation. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

Technical failures and credit returns

A failed task returns reserved site credits after we confirm that the model provider did not charge, or fully reversed its charge. This restores site credits; it is not a refund to your payment card.

If submission, provider billing or result storage is uncertain, the task and its reservation are preserved for checking. We recover the existing task instead of silently creating another paid generation. A timeout alone is not evidence that the provider did not charge.

We will review technical failures with an uncertain or retained upstream charge within 48 hours. This is a review timeframe, not a guarantee that the provider will resolve the issue within 48 hours. Where a charge remains or a partial refund is reported, we handle the case individually and do not silently create a new paid attempt. Contact support with the task ID for an unresolved reservation. Credit-pack refunds follow the separate policy above. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Current availability

Live credit purchases are enabled and charge real money. Video generation is available. Prices do not authorize a payment by themselves. Any checkout clearly marked Test mode is a simulation and does not sell usable production credits. Public sharing is not currently available.

Availability and responsibility

We may change or pause features for maintenance, security or continued development. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage or a particular creative result. Do not rely on the service as your sole copy of important files.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
